I think that the screen has stopped working and the screen does not work anymore to allow it to be touched and work.I have the same problem on my I pad and the screen needed to be replaced and it worked again. You could buy another one or have it be fixed.
when phone is idle, the auto lock feature locks out the screen. you can set the time when lock engages or disable completely. To unlock, press top right corner button or use touchscreen options by sliding finger up from bottom to top or press unlock button on bottom of touchscreen
This fault is often caused by a failing flat cable that connects the LCD panel and the rest of the camera. In its early stages it is possible to get the buttons on the touch panel to work by carefuly changing the angle of the LCD panel while trying out the buttons until you get a position where they work. When the flat cable gets worse , the picture on the LCD panel will start deteriorating and go off altogether. At this stage you may consider having the flat cable replaced.

Inside the door hinge area is a small switch that normally would turn off the viewfinder and turn on the LCD panel. THat switch could be defective or mechanically not being switched. WIthout opening up the unit, I can not tell specifically. This shouldbe a simple repair for any shop that repairs cameras.
the flex wire of the lcd monitor is already cut and already left is on the touch screen that why is functioning ...go the sony service for the replacing flex wire...or to the other service center for fixing the flex wire....
