If it is similar to the Whirlpool duet,

Try using less soap (hi eff machine)
try using more fabric softner
to clear the occasional Sud warning, I run the machine on "quick wash" with no detergent/additive. gives it two more quick spin cycles in 30-35 minutes, usually clears it.

It is actually "SUd" probably didn't use enough softner/too much detergent. i clear it by running "quick wash" with no addidtives, gives me two rinse cycles in 35 minutes, done.

Just tilt the washer back and prop it up with some wood blocks. Three screws are right on the front at the very bottom. Use a 9/32 socket to remove them. The front cover slides right off. The drain trap clean out is right in the middle. Turn the large white knob counter-clockwise to remove it and clean.

maybe using too much powder try less

Save yourself a lot of time and money and replace the analog pressure switch. This will solve your issues by taking care of both error codes at the same time.

does it say f35 and sud?
you need a new pressure switch
sounds like a new washer is it 1-2 years old?

SUD, usually caused by using the wrong type of soap. Your soap should have the letters "HE" on front of box/bottle. SUD can also be a bad drain pump, question is, does it still have water showing in tub?

F35, is a pressure sensor # W10156252, good luck finding it, as Whirlpool has problem keeping these things in stock. They list price at $112.82. Only takes about 20 minutes to change. Research sears.com, select PARTS Direct, enter model number, click on cabinet parts, find analog pressuer switch, see if they have in stock. Or, research the net for someone that does.

Take top of washer lid off, pressure switch is located on top right rear side wall of machine.
