Of course, unlike most CDs which you can't rewrite, USB sticks work like hard drives. You can write anything on them at any time, until it's full. And of course when you remove files from the USB stick you can clear more space and you can add new files.

I hope I was able to help.

Recently , you purchased a USB flash drive that you plan to use to store work-related files. When you attempt to store a file on the USB flash drive, the computer displays an error message indicating that...

You failed to mention what operating systems are involved. What does the work computer use as an operating system. The file system format of the USB may be say as an example ntfs windows while as a hypothetical the work computer could be apple o/s using a different file system or even maybe a unix system. You may need to reformat the usb stick to be the format file system used by the work computer. Also there could be a policy in place to prevent usb sticks working on work computers to protect intellectual property or to protect against virus transferance.

Since new my laptop has told me I am low on disk space.. it is cridically low now.. I have deleated everything I can and it will let me deleat... I am not sure what to deleat without crashing my system......

First thing you can do is to try a disk defragmentation. Generally called defrag. Click on start. click on 'all programs'. Clcik on 'accessories'. Clcik on 'system tools'. There you will see disk defragmenter. Double click on it. It may take a while to get the process completed, especially since you do not seem to have much space left for the defragmenter to work efficiently. Even after this do not accept a great improvement on space. But it will help. Then remove all temporary files. This is how. Double click on My computer. Double click on C: (whichever name or partition windows is ) double click on Windows folder. Double click on Temp folder. You may see a long list of files and folders. Select all and delete. The empty the recycle bin. You may gain some space. Get hold of a USB pen drive. An 8 or 16GB one. Transfer all your personal data (if this is a possible option for you) to that drive. Next one is experimental. I have not tried it. But should be possible. Instead of installing programs to your program files, create a Program files folder in your new USB drive and install it there. You must know this. If any program is installed into the USB drive, that program will not work without that USB drive being connected. If this works, a 32 GB high speed USB drive would be an excellent investment (provided you do not have the tendency to loose stuff)

Can't transfer Jpeg files to Flash Drive

A flash drive should not discriminate over what file you try to put on it, so long as the drive is big enough to store the file in question. Don't try to write to the flash drive directly, always transfer files already stored on your hard drive to it.
