You can contact your provider where you got the chair to have him order the tires for you or you can try calling Pride Mobility @ 1-800-800-8586 ask for Jazzy tech support and see if they will get you the right tires. Hope this helps

You can use the AC charger cord from a computer as a replacement for the AC cord of the charger. If the AC cord plugs into the wall and plugs into the charger or charger receptacle on the back of the power chair, you can use it.
If I remember correctly, This chair has a 4 Amp on-board charger which has an AC receptacle on the back of the chair to plug in an AC cord. The off-board chargers take a universal AC cord which will work with a universal computer AC cord. If the AC cord plugs in, use it.

When calling Pride ask for tech support for a Jet 3 chair and explain to the tech what wires were chewed He should be able to get you the right part number. If they won't sell you one give the part number to your local provider and ask them to order it for you Hopes this helps BTW keep the puppy away from your chair lol

Raine you need to purchase two U1 batteries for your Jet 3. I would check locally with a battery outlet store first because your cost can be less that $200.00 for both batteries this way. If the on-line comany wants more than $200.00 for the 2 batteries plus shipping I would look hard in the local area. Hope this helps

It would depend on what kind of problems you are having. Contact your dealer or manufacturer for assistance. Ask for a technician to evaluate your power chair (may cost $50-$100) and give you an estimate on what may be needed to repair it. If your insurance company bought you the power chair, they may pay to have it repaired.
