They attach to each side of the metal bar. i threw the springs away because i couldn't figure out where they went, and now the unit shakes like crazy :) but i read up on it and found out the springs go on each side of the bar i think. 50 bucks will replace the bottom part of the machine (base and motor) https://www.unitycart.com/pjss/parts/parts_classic.asp

If this site says JUICER MANUAL, why am I seeing microwaves? \r\n If you can't run a site, how can we expect accurate directions and maunuals? Shame on you...

I don't know what your looking for but it appears your first post was you simply complaining. First off you haven't stated a brand or model for the juicer you are looking for, which would be very helpful in someone else finding something for you that you couldn't find.If you would like your manual found please post the right information and someone will try and find it for you.

I just got a juicer from the thrift store.IT works but I cannot figure out how to take the thing apart to clean it.

As you don't mention the makers name, I can't provide you with a link, but try this; type into Google, the brand, the word juicer and the model number which will be on the machine. With a little luck you should find the website for this product. When you get on the site look for "contact us" and send a message asking for a manual for your juicer. If you have any problem with this, please write again, giving the make and model number and I will try to find a link for you.

I guess I have the same problem as everyone else. The white plastic screw on the blade that screws onto the assembly part is split in two. It doesn't seem that anyone is getting any help from the...

If your juicer is still under warranty I suggest you write to the company via their website. See here:

http://www.powerjuicer.com/power-juicer-customer-care.php

Available replacement parts and accessories can be ordered online from this site:

http://www.powerjuicer.com/power-juicer-parts-accessories.php

I however don't see available the part you describe and would again suggest you contact the company directly via their website or by contacting them by telephone at 1 (973) 287-5150 to see if they are able to provide the required part.

Your only option would be to take the failed part in to your local small appliance repair shop and see if they are able to assist.

I am taking my juicer apart. I took the three screws out and the grinder plate. How do I get the filter out that is beneath the grinder plate.

Don't take the screws out! That plate is not meant to come off.

The filter unit is removed from the base by unscrewing it counterclockwise using the two holes in the plate that you unscrewed. The juicer originally came with a plastic tool with two prongs that fit in the holes and acted like a sort of handle you could use to unscrew the assembly.

If you don't have the tool, you can use two small screw drivers or jury-rig a tool out of a piece of coat hanger shaped into a U to gain leverage to dismount the entire filter/blade assembly for washing.

Hope this helps!

The stainles bar has 2 springs on each end. Maybe this is the springs that you have. It is a power safety switch wherein there is no power if the bar is not seated in the right place.
