This is not a fax machine, it is an upright digital safe.A COBALT SAFE model s874e.I have to reprogram the combination so i am tying to get the instructions to do so.Thanks

The safe can hold 2 6 digit codes if that helps at all.Someone lost the manual at the restaurant and i have not programmed this safe in 7 years

I have tried the manufacturer for a week and they are always on a 45 min wait and noboby ever comes to the phone .Thanks for trying.

After you change the batteries, you have to reset the code because its memory is lost. You are starting fresh.

DOMINO KEYPAD PROGRAM NEW CODE. LOST INSTRUCTIONS

Press and immediately release the smart/learn button on your motor unit and then walk over and put any 4 digit code you like and press enter.

Sentry Safe (DSW3607 Model) Won't Open

I finally ignored the poorly-written instructions for programming a personal code and simply entered the factory code first and then pressed the prog/enter code button. The safe opened. The instructions tell you to push the prog/enter code first and then enter the factory code or personal code to open the safe. Wrong! Do it my way should this problem happen to you.

To retrieve your lost sentry fireproof safe combination. First, find your safe's Model and Serial Number. The Serial Number is printed on the small label on the right side of safe (on paper tag near hinge) or under handle. As this information is confidential a valid credit card and email is needed to verify a customers name and address

A good locksmith should be able to help you with the dialing programming instructions and lost Sentry Safe Key Replacements
