The last printed page is always on top. For a long document, it takes a while to resort and place the first page first! This is how you can get Microsoft Word to reverse the print order and save all the trouble.
I have spent so much time resorting documents after printing. On my printer, the last page printed is always on top. By printing the last page first (reverse order), the document is already correctly sorted.
Here is how to do it:
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Open the document to be printed
3. Click the Tools menu
4. Select Options
5. Click the Print tab
6. Check the Reverse Print Order option
7. Select OK
Now, all your documents will prevent in reverse order. What a lifesaver!!!

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

    Hi

In vista you will get the same microsoft word option, that might be in the different icon...or what you can do.

click on start option( round boll)

in start search box type word & hit enter

You may make changes on that.

How can I reverse the order of printing pages?..I have a Cannon and MAC

When you click print, and IF a Print Window opens, then it should allow you to click a button on that window to change the Print Properties. There should be a choice for "reverse order" and you just need to unclick that choice.

hi,
first of all maybe your file has a problem. DO NOT CHANGE your toner. Try to print only last page, or copy the content of the last page in the new document and the print it. Sometimes the printer can not recognise some files correctly and that is the major problem
