My Toshiba Satellite L635-10U is operating on 64 bit emvironment, how can I convert it to 32 bit. I have a software that will not run on 64 bit environment.

Only way to convert a computer from 32-bit to 64-bit is by buying a new motherboard and processor that are 64-bit compatible.
Now for your issue of finding ethernet drivers, that could be done by using your Device Manager. If you could provide more information as to what is displayed in your Device Manager, I could better assist you.

Just because it can, doesn't mean that it shipped with 64-bit operating system. Machines have been able to run 64 bit for some time, but only recently did that become the norm. It will require a reinstall of your operating system. You'll need to do a full backup of your information first. You'll also have to get the 64 bit operating system, as your machine probably does not have a license for it.
The 2nd 2Gb RAM module may be faulty or not compatible with the other RAM module. Try inserting one RAM module in the notebook at a time to determine which RAM module is faulty. If both RAM modules work then make sure both RAM modules are the same make and speed.
Hi, I'm afraid that you won't be able to run any 64-bit designed software on a 32bit OS. If you can't find a 32-bit version of the software you need, you change your OS or try using a Virtual Machine. Hope it helped, Franz
This Computer is not compatible with 64 bit operating system and all drivers will not work with 64-bit version. Do not wait for any answers, just reinstall 32-bit XP. However, the drivers you have already installed, do not work as a 64-bit, they work as a 32-bit.
