HI, I just got my Bernafon hearing aids in Dubai with the soundgate blue tooth capability on my remote. However, in travels back to the States I have lost the manual and need to know how to connect the blue tooth function to my iPhone. Is it possible to send a clip that guides me through this process. Your hearing aid must be blue tooth compatible or you must have a streamer (usually designed to wear on a lanyard) that will connect to your Bluetooth on the iPhone.

First make sure your hearing aids or streamer is turned on.
Go to the Settings icon on your iPhone and click on it. Scroll down to Bluetooth and make sure it is turned to On, then click on it.
You will see a list of Devices that your iPhone senses in the vicinity. Your hearing aid or streamer should be recognized there.
If it is not, then turn the hearing aids or streamer off and and back on again and it should show up. Click on the device under My Devices. If it asks your for a pairing code, 0000 is usually the default. It might also be 1234.

That should do it for you. Enjoy!

Is there a hearing aid involved? Blue tooth will mess with a hearing aid.

No where from the specs of this model it does not have Blue Tooth capabilities. From the user manual there is no Blue Tooth capabilities. Pairing code would be for Blue Tooth.
You could use a 802.11N WI FI ethernet device and connect the TV to it but no blue tooth .

Blue tooth capabilities requires hardware chip and programming.
If your tablet does not have built in blue tooth, then the answer would be a negative. If tablet is blue tooth capable, the blue tooth device must be capable to mate to tablet blue tooth version technology.

You can't ,, it only works with your ears on your head .

Its pretty Simpal , Try that Blue Tooth with other phone .
If it work's . Then you have to Check your phone blue tooth opetion . Should something missing . If you cants find , just reset your Cell phone .
