1st thing you'll need to do is go to the motherboard manufacturer's
website & download the new BIOS file & the flashing program.
These 2 files will have to be copied to a bootable floppy, then you'll
have to boot off it & do the update from DOS. The motherboard
website should have a detailed explanation on how to perform a
flash...print out the instructions & follow them exactly & you
should have no problem
