Bluetooth/phone When i switch on the unit, the phone icon doesn't appear. I've tried to down load the cd provided but it won't connect to the satnav. Can anyone help? Please.

You didn't post the Sony Model number or the OS you are using? Have you tried , unplugging, remove battery, plug in, reboot? Open the Control Panel , select Device Manager, scroll down to Network Adapters, open, do you see the Wireless Adapter? Is it enabled? Try to Update Driver. Have you done ALL your Windows and Sony updates? If the Network Adapter has a red X in the Tray Notification Area, it's there but not connected. Click on the Icon and see what Available Networks appear. If your wireless is working, Choose your SSID, enter Security Key and connect.

the Jabra Cruiser is most likely not compatible with your iphone 5. Apple makes their products to connect only with their products most of the time. ive tried connecting my tracfone\'s bluetooth to my ipod touches bluetooth and cant pair them. Xbox 360 pulls the same issue too. so you probably will have to purchase a different car cruiser

nokia 3310 does not provide bluetooth

Is your Micro USB cable a "B" or "A"?Micro USB "B" is for data/charging.
Micro USB "A" is for charging only and will not work for any kind of data transfer (pins not connected).
The connector will be labeled at the micro usb end.
When you plug the cable into your phone a popup will ask you if you want to connect to mass storage. Once you answer yes, you can connect to the phone just like a usb drive.

Make sure that the mobile phone which you're trying to use is paired with the Car Audio System.
Check if the Blue-tooth icon at the front panel display is lit.
If the pairing is completed, try connecting the device to the head unit. Press and hold the BT button for 3 seconds to connect the mobile phone unit to the Car Audio system.
If the unit is not getting connected, then try to RESET the unit by pressing the Reset button located inside the front panel using a sharp pointed object. Once the unit is reset, try pairing the unit again and then connecting the devices.
You may also check the compatible Bluetooth devices with the Car Audio System.

I have such a pair and they work great. As soon as I turn them on, they connect to my phone and my phone (Nokia N95) unpauses the music - instant bliss.

have you tried selecting bluetooth devices through the satnav software itself or are you trying to pair it through the phone itself?
