I am using an operating system win 7. My tv card tuner keeps me asking the driver of Saa7134 driver.

Your Saa7130 driver is not compatible with your OS windows 7.
Please get compatible driver at www.philips.com

you have to play with witch driver will best fit on your OS. If you wish to use your card on windows 7 or Linux then forget your card. No driver was written for that card for win 7 or linux.

1. Philips saa7130

(this driver is not yet compatible with Windows 7) but is recommended for vista, xp and below.

I can't get my SAA7130 to start up in Vista. I keep getting an APPCRASH error as soon as I double click the icon. I removed the software, drivers and card and re-installed them by installing the card first...

for this card do not use the honestech software you can get the software drivr bundle from below

click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager look through all of your devices if you see a yellow question mark?or exclamation mark ! or red x
right click to reinstall drivers or
if you can see your usb but its not working
ports(com&lpt)right click update driver
hopefully you will find the right driver here
