Bobbin winder is in operation mode

Sounds like the bobbin winder activator is stuck. As long as the bobbin winder is activated, your machine will not sew since that is a safety function.

You might try flipping the bobbin winder activator back and forth and see if that releases it--or try winding some other bobbins. If it will not release, then you may need to take the machine for service.

If the bobbin winder is worn or defective, you can look at purchasing a stand-alone bobbin winder (called "Sidewinder") available online through Amazon, JoAnn's, etc. for about $30. It saves wear-n-tear on your machine plus allows you to quickly wind multiple bobbins without unthreading the machine. You can get battery operated or one that also has an AC cord.

check and make sure the bobbin winder has returned to it's normal position for when you sew

the bobbin winder could be loose or broken, may need to be replaced

Until you can get your bobbin winder repaired, I'd suggest picking up a bobbin winder at your local fabric store. The last time I noticed, they cost about $30. Many sewists prefer to use this little accessory inside of wearing out the bobbin winder on their sewing machine. Also, if you more than one thread cone, you can rewind bobbins without unthreading your sewing machine.

Take it to a local sewing machine repair and sales business for repair.

truthfully I think their something wrong with the computer in the machine because
the bobbin locked up. sometimes when a sewing machine jams it can make
the machine jump time.
but the needle moved positions, some part of the machine is changed during the
jam up, even tho you reset it.
embroidery machine are expensive, my suggestion is to have the machine checked

Take it to a Janome dealer for repair.

To clarify, take the thread from the spool, through that little clip, loop it around the little metal button piece at the top (should have a diagram on top of the machine), then through one of the tiny holes in the upper side of a bobbin. Place the bobbin on the vertical bobbin winder pin/rod on top of the machine then be sure to snap that pin/rod all the way to the right to engage motor. Then try. Most of the time people forget to push the bobbin winder pin/rod to the right which leaves the machine in sewing mode rather than in bobbin winding mode. Easy mistake. ;)

In embroidery mode, you have to send a design to the machine before the bobbin winder will work.
