Thefirst thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for aminute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
Let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.

Generally, the most common causes of a failure to heat are:
- bad door switches or door switch mounts
- loose connection at the magnetron
- problem or loose conneciton on the control unit circuit board
- bad magnetron or other high voltage part

Tried the hard boot, nothing, left it unpluged overnight an in the morning it worked fine. Electronics must have run down an now things are ok. Hopefully
