Everytime im going to charge my headset..... i put it in that little box .. so it shows the red light meaning its charging but then the red light goes away? so i try connecting it to my ps3 system then it can connect because it keeps blinking a blue light and a orange light ., PLZ Help
It sounds like a defective unit, although I am not familiar with that model... If both charging methods don't work, I would recommend a manufacturer replacement.

That might meaning that's it's draining the residual charge left on the battery, before it can be charged, but if it does this for more than an hour, your battery is "toast".
Hi, Ephraim. The flashing red light indicates that the device is showing "low battery". It could be that the LG phone charger fits the charging port on your bluetooth headset but it is not compatible with your device. In order for you to know that it is charging, the device should show a steady red light(means charging).
Please take a look at the table reference below.

It sounds like your headset has a problem. You need to return it to
your retailer for replacement or call the customer service department at
Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5538. Make sure that when you get your replacement headset, that you try to
let it charge for a good 3-4 hours prior to using it and that you charge
it every night, that way the battery within the headset will last
longer.
I would charge it using anohter charger, or through the USB into the computer if available. If it still holds a charge for so little time then call jabra for a warranty replacement,
Try a system reset:
1. Lift the headset off of the charging cradle (the base). Make sure the headset is turned off. The green light on the base won't be on if the headset is turned off.
2. Hold down the call answer button on the headset at the same time as mute button. The mute button is found on the little black wheel on the top of the headset. Use the tip of your finger to push it straight in.
3. Hold both buttons until you see a green light on the headset flash. It will be right below your thumb. Hold both buttons until the green light flashes for a series of 2 flashes. Then let go of both buttons.
4. Put the headset back on the charging cradle and wait 30 seconds. Lift it back off and try again.
5. If this doesn't work repeat the process once more or try a resubscription.
Resubscription procedure:
1. Put the headset back onto the charging cradle. Make sure the red light on the base is on and the yellow light is flashing.
2. On the back of the base there are two buttons for the microphone adjustment that can be pressed down. Press both of those down until the red light and yellow light on the front of the base start flashing.
3. While the headset is still on the charging cradle press and hold the mute button until the red light on the base goes solid, and the yellow light stays flashing.
4. Unplug the power to the base and then plug it back in.
5. Wait 20 seconds and try.
hello to you, ahh yes the wonderful world of moto, it sounds to me like your not letting it charge long enough, when you start the charge it will go red, than after a bit it will go yellow and when fully charged it will go to a real dark green.( some times up to 3 hours, no!! im not kidding,) it amazes me how long it takes. step 2. when you want to put it in discover mode press the call button in till it turns solid purple than pull the mike down real quick and it should stay purple at this point you have 30 seconds to pair that puppy. good luck and you will get used to it. hope you only have one. i have seven.
Hi there! OK I know it is little late to response but if someone will google it,
might find the solution, they are still selling it though. I just got
my set as a xmas present so here is the way it works..
First plug the batteries into the headset, there is gonna be small
power in it, however you have to charge it. So connect the small
charging cable into the base unit and the headset and make sure the
switch on the head set is off. Green LED light will appear on the base unit. Let it charge for 16 hours. After is charged you can unplug the small charging cable.
OK now how it works.
The base unit needs to be always plugged-in to the electricity
supply. Connect the audio connector from the base to the e.g. TV, PC,
DVD player, mp3 player... After you plug-in the audio connector red LED light will automatically light on the base unit.
There is is two channels what you can use, that's in case if you have
two of the same wireless sets. So if on the base is set to # 1 the
headset needs to be also on # 1. Then if you have second headset choose
channel # 2 on the base and also on the headset # 2, so they are not
crossing each other.
Now press switch on button on the headset and red LED light will appear. There is nothing wrong with the red light. That's just the way it is..
OK that's it. Adjust the volume on the headset and you should be able to listen to the music.. :)
