Facebook does it when it feels that you have been spamming(sending anonymous friend requests).
i would be better you avoid sending friend requests to people you don't know.
after 30 days the block will get removed and everything will be fine.

I know it's frustrating and this already happened to me and this kind of problem only occurs when you sent a friend request to a person who reported you as spam. As per Facebook policy any account marked as spam will be blocked for a certain period of time. There is no resolution to this other than to wait for the time frame provided by Facebook as to when you can access this again. So, next time it would be best to include a message for every friend request you send which includes your complete name so you won't be marked as spam and that your account will not be suspended.

Go to Account -> Privacy Settings -> Under "Block List" Click "edit your list"
Under Block Users click "Remove" to the Email address or name that that you want to unblock
