Corrupted firmware. A firmware update is necessary. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center for Bush.

Faulty component in power supply or line drive circuits. Take to repair shop or find a second hand one, CRT monitors can be had for free or very cheap now.

If your lcd comes with ac adapter open this and check for blown or bulge capacitors, replace this with same value.

If your monitor comes with plug cable, open your monitor (too risky to do it by yourself) check the power supply section, check and replace blown and bulge caps.

hold the power button for 5 sec : if the picture appears replace the button. ELSE check the chimic capacitor if damadged replace with new

dvi does not support audio extra audio connection required

try the AV input, using dvd player
if it there's no problem, the sinyal receiver is weaker...
but, if it so, perhaps the frequency of your television is weaker...
this problem have to solved by technician, it contain electric shock,

if yo know how to solder , re solder your tv, second adjust the IF transformer by using the plastic or wood stick. IF transformer is looks like a cube made of metal with an adjustment screw at the top. try to adjust it and observe what happen.

yes ,your tv need for repair, but if you know how to solder , try to solder your tv but be careful o short circuit coz it may damage your system.
