Dont know the ram that it use. wat is the number on the battery

this sounds more complicated than an easy solution. Do you know somebody who knows a bit about software and hardware?

If not and you bought the computer just a week ago, take it back and get a new one!

Well, this doesn't sound like a real solution, but bluescreens after one week maybe a hardware problem (maybe RAM).

running triple channel memory with more than 3 DDR3 1600 sticks installed (4-6) cuts the memory speed in half. you have to run with 3 sticks at a time in triple channel mode or you will see a reduction in ram speeds.

Now a days ddr2 rams are more cheaper than DDR1 ram. pls give more details of ur computer. i think best Ram manufacturing company is trannscend. sodimm is the best chooice for u...

Try to find out that which tpe of ram fits in your motherboard "DDR 1" or "DDR 2".

You don't need to remove the main battery to install or remove thr RAM module/s
The RAM module/s will be located behind a panel on the bottom of the laptop on most laptop models.

The above mentioned memory might be rare to find these days; so a possible second hand option might be your only option.

u have to reset your bios settings.
open your bck side of laptop remove battery also refix ram. then u see 1 cmos cell on motherbord. put away it for 15 mnutes then refix.then check .u can do it friend.
