Hi my call botton is always grayed out and it doesnt work i cant make any calls in the yahoo

This may be due to your contact not using Yahoo. If he/she is using Yahoo and your Call button is still gray, it may be because they are chatting with you through their E-mail, or they are using an older version of Yahoo. I always ask my friends when I see my button gray: " Are you on Yahoo Messenger? Are you using the new version?". :D Hope this helped!

Can't Video Call. It says they are not using a version that supports video calling but they were using their cam just the other day and it was fine so why Can't IU start a video call with them, the icon is...
You can only use video call when both parties are in Version 10 or the option will be grayed out
If they are in Version 8 or 9 for example you can still use the webcam feature

probably the answer botton of your phone doesnt work anymore...

first reason is the contacts get dirty inside or get corroded due to perspiration or it get wet... another reason is it loss its connections...

if you can open your fone try cleaning the keypad mat or have it repair by technicians if you cant open it...
