I need a manual showing very simple explanations for using the doro ease 345 that an eithty seven year lady can understand

Batteries do 'die' over time if they aren't used. This one may have simply failed and won't charge up. These batteries are usually quite cheap to buy, (around £20), and are simple and easy to change.

I down loaded a copy in PDF format from the doro.com website. and saved it to my computer. easy to understand with step by step instructions. Hope this helps.

That's too bad. I also used a Doro phone before but gave itup because I also encountered a problem with it. I've shifted to Just5 becausethis provider has a god reputation and offers more competitive rates. You cancheck this out, too, if you encounter another issue with your phone.

In general: I worked with Behringer equipment a lot and always liked it. No fuzz, solid built and good sound.

Thankyou for your prompt reply, however I did not realise you came from U.S.A ( I am in Australia) I contacted my daughter and she got me all the information I required from Google.

She told me it wa quite simple really, Go to google, and ask for DORO instructions manuals, then follow the prompts and when you get what you require, print out copy,it contained 35 pages and was totally, FREE.

as described in the owners manual, set the microphone at the primary listening position at ear level, prop it up somehow, a camera tripod works well, plug the mic into the receiver front port, near and under volume dial, and follow instruction on the receivers screen.

I have replace my doro batteries with Duracell rechargeables, just make sure you fully charge them before you put them in the handset.  If you find after a time that the charge goes again, charge them again (in the charger you buy when you buy the batteries)!
