Being that it is less then a year old it is still under factory warranty I would recommend having it serviced that way.
Thanks,

Follow this link to find the nearest service center. Unfortunately samsung tv's have not been proven to be reliable. 9/10 tv problems I see are samsung. If you need any further assistance please let me know.

Green light of death, capacitors have to be replaced but it probably wont fix it anyways. Once this happens the TV is completely useless.

42 inch Samsung DLP TV shuts off by itself. I can turn it back on and sometimes it stays on and other times shuts off within seconds. Some days it stays on all day without a problem. Other days it shuts...

I bypassed the safety switch (it was bad) and vacuumed and blew out all of the dust. So far with this set, 3 years old, I have replaced the bulb twice,it exploded both times, and the color wheel which also exploded! We love the picture but the next time it goes out, it goes out to the trash and I will purchase a top of the line LED/LCD set. No moving parts!!! Samsung designed and manufactured a whole bunch of lemon sets and will not admit it. I have found several hundred complaints about their DLP sets and only a few on other brands.

Sony kv-32hs500

Most probably the IC504 (Sharp PQ05RD21) on A-Board went bad. This model TV, including mine, is notorious for having this problem. The IC is rather easy to find and inexpensive (around $2.50). Your main problem will be desoldering the old one and soldering the new one.

Good Luck.

Searching for signal, component connection

  • the problem is in the system control section of your tv
  • it might be due to loose connection in that section
  • some components must have failed.
  • loose contact in any pin of system control ic.
  • good luck.
