Hello, I have a Danby micrwave that is almost exactly a year old and it suddenly just stopped working. Seems to have no power at all, nothing works. Is there a simple fix or is it garbage already? Obviously not worth paying to fix as would probably be cheaper to
replace (with a different kind next time!).

If you press clock and nothing happens your keypad has shorted out and needs to be replaced. Try to unplug the unit one more time and try to turn the unit on again. If you have the same problem replace the control panel.

Sounds just like a bad door switch or door switch mount. Probably the upper one.
