Hey Susan, take the phone to your service provider's store, they will help you.....
.Susan I am sorry you do not have car... Maybe a friend/your son can take you to the store...You do understand why they can't help you over the phone.. you could be anybody..(someone that stole your phone.).. in person is the only way to handle this problem,, Take care,
if you are admin user sign on to your account go to control panel/ user account/ create a new account for your son........(do not delete his old account you may delete access to documents)
if you are not admin user or there is no admin user... unplug PC, take cover off... take battery (it looks like a nickel, a little bit thicker) for 5 mins... then replace,,, put cover back on plug in to AC...... turn on system once in go straight to user account and delete the password else you will be lock out again once you shut down.
Your son's xbox live account might have no permission to access online xbox gaming, to be able to check and correct this problem try following this steps:
Go to My Xbox and open System Settings.
Select Family Settings, Xbox LIVE Controls.
Sign in using the e-mail address and password you used when you set up your child's Xbox LIVE account.
Ok to delete a user account go Start>Control Panel> User Accounts and Family Safety> User Accounts...You can manage accounts here, change account names, delete accounts, add passwords, etc..
Hope this helps
Hello my friend, regarding on your concern you have a choice if you want your son a credit card or not in order to play online games. My recommendation is either you can give a credit card your son to play online games cause most of the games requires premium account and when we talk about premium account it involves money so your has then advantage to purchase a premium account to play online games he wants to play but you can limit its credit online or you can create an extended account or extension account in your credit card so for you to control his account. Also you can open an account in Paypal cause in the new trend using online credit card, paypal is also other people's choice. By opening the paypal account you can pay or purchase item via online using your paypal as your credit account. Finally, you can also play online games for free cause their are online games that are for free. You can search it in the net, visit www.google.com then search online games that are for free.
Hope this solution helps answer your concern.
