It is not possible to see again the wifi password that you have typed on your ipod touch. Once it is typed, it is automatically saved in your device. And as soon as you turn on the wifi switch it will automatically connect your device to that password of the wifi network.
You can have the password back if only you have also used it to your laptop.
You can access the wifi password through your router configuration page.If you are not aware to open you router configuration page, Follow this. 1. Open command prompt2. Type ipconfig and press enter3.You would have a list of information in which you can find the default gateway in the adapter list.4. This is your router's IP address5.Type the ip address in your browser and hit enter (For example : http://192.168.2.1)6.You would be directed to router's configuration page.7. I assume you already have WiFi, if you don't, I suggest going out to wal-mart and buying a cheap wireless router to get you started. Then the instructions should explain how to get the password set up.
If you already have WiFi and the problem is that you forgot your password, then this should be able to be fixed easily if you know or have not changed the password for your WiFi router. Below is a set of steps to resolve the issue. The only requirement is a computer connected to the same router via WiFi or Ethernet.
1. Open Command Prompt (in windows) or open Terminal (in Mac OSX)
2. In the command line, enter "ipconfig" and press enter.
3. Look for Default Gateway and remember the corresponding IP Address. (Format: ###.###.###.###) It might look like 192.168.2.1 but not necessarily.
4. Remember that IP Address (write it down, copy it, do something).
5. Open your favorite web browser and enter that IP Address into the URL box.
6. This should ask you login, if it doesn't, skip step 7.
7. use the username that you set up the router with, or if you didn't change it, try using "admin" as the username and "admin" as the password. Try not using a password. If you still can't figure it out, use google to try and find the default password for your brand of router.
8. Once logged in, you can restore factory settings, or change your WiFi Password.

Having more information would have been helpful. (Aka - Router Brand, Is it your router, are any computers connected to it) Hope this was helpful.
Hit the reset button(pin hole) on ur router and start all over setting up the router. Tape your new name and password on bottom of router so I don't forget
Please access router's configuration page by typing 192.168.1.1. on a browser's address bar and hit enter. You are supposed to get a login page. Please use default login credential using the info below.
Username: admin Password: admin
If this username and password is rejected you may reset the router to its factory default settings by pressing the reset pin hole on the back of this device. You will need a paperclip to do it. Hold it down for 10 secs while the router is on. Leave it for about a minute and try accessing the configuration page and try the default username and password again.
As soon as you are logged on please look for a wireless settings tab. Look for the wireless key if it's all dots or asterisk you may go ahead and change it. Take note if there are some other wireless device connected to this router all of them will be disconnected but what you just have to do is to reconnect then using the new wireless key.
Hi,
If you don't remember it, you can get it or reset it by logging to your dsl wireless router. Once you are in router, go to wireless tab, look for passpharse or wep key. You can get password from here or you can even change it. Click OK when done, your router will be restarted. Once restart is done, you can get in wifi using that password.
Good luck
Thanks
