All you have to do is click the "User's Guide" tab at the top of the section.
They also allow you to download the manual under the "Downloads" section if you select "User Guide/Addendum" from the drop down menu.

Once there, make sure that you are on the Downloads tab and then under Refine Search By look for All Categories and change it to User Guide / Addenda and it should give you a link to download the guide.
