Hi,

I will advice you try re-calibrate your treadmill, follow the procedure below to re-calibrate it,

Step 1 Stand on the side rails of the treadmill for safety purposes. Remove the safety key. Step 2 Press and hold the two incline buttons. The incline buttons are blue and on the left side of the display. Hold the up and down button simultaneously. Release the buttons when the display reads "Calibration."
Step 3 Press the green start button located either above or below the large, red stop button (depending on your model). Stay on the side rails as the treadmill belt begins to move. Both the speed and incline should go through their full range from lowest to highest, and then back down again.
Step 4 Repeat the process if the display does not read "Calibration Successful." Contact the business where you purchased your treadmill if repeating the calibration process does not result in a successful calibration.

Im fitting a new pcb board in my york t13i the upper board the incline has gone has the lights on it are not working ive taken the wires off the up down and cpu terminals but i cant remeber which way the...

please remember the wires before. wires again the old board, and make a wiring diagram. After you did , you must try again with the new board, and repeat the process, very Important.
If the problem persist, call to the supplier board, and tell them if the can send some wiring diagram, or see if with the new board there are some schematic wiring diagram. Otherwise, you must make some errors and additional problem you will find it.Contact them inmediately.

My york treadmill t13i keeps displaying err 2 code

see the details and fix it. God bless you
This is probably a faulty speed sensor see the diagram attached, clean it and tight the connector . 2)test the input voltage motor, if there are voltage the motor need repair. 3)test the output voltage board for input voltage motor, if there are NOT a faulty control board or lower board. The error codes will differ between makes and models but could be e1.

My tunturi T 20 gets error code E 7. it starts up, and after 5 or 10 seconds, it stops and flashed the error code. I have tried the recommended solution, which is to unplug the treadmill, wait a minute to...

From time to time, error codes will pop up on your treadmill. It just takes a quick second to clear the error log and get the treadmill up and running again.
1.When the treadmill is not in use, press the "Stop," "ENTER" and "QUICK START" buttons in rapid succession. The "RESET" button can also be used, in place of the "Stop" button.
2.Press the "ENTER" button three times to access the treadmill's error log.
3.Press the up or down arrows to scroll through the error codes, if necessary for club or personal logging purposes.
4.To view the treadmill's odometer reading when a particular error code was elicited, press "SELECT" while a particular error code is displayed.
5.To clear the error log, press "QUICKSTART" for a minimum of four seconds while viewing the list. Prompts will appear on the display and let you know when the log has been deleted.
I hope you find it very helpful.

Error 7 on my york inspiration treadmill tried reset button but still not working any ideas.

hi,
By error 7 it means that the safety is not positioned correctly. or the saftey switch inside the unit is faulty. Its a magnetic switch. When you place the safety key (its made of magnet) this switch will activate. Then only teradmill start. Check the safety key is positined correctly or not. If it is in position then you have to replace the safety switch inside the control console.

Where is the circuit breaker or fuse message err 1

That error code mean you motor is not getting the correct signal to operate the drive motor. You will need unplug unit then take the motor shroud off visually inspect all connectors then make sure all of them are seating solid in their connectors. then plug the unit in check an see if the L E Ds have lit on lower electronics board then get on unit and with your foot proceed to move the belt while doing that hit your start button and see if that error code come up. At this point we are checking the speed sensor to see if it is functional. Now if your upper console is registering its showing speed and time moving forward this also tells us that the communication between the two boards are fine. Now stop this process and you should have the error 1 show on the console. If you have a multi meter handy find the two leads coming form the motor going to the board unplug them put the two leads into the connector switch the meter to dcv 100v range and proceed to move the belt in the previous now the motor has become a generator and if function you should be getting a dcv output if not the it telling either worn motor brushes or open winding in the motor now if you get a reading then that lower board is defective. Then call York and get pricing on the defective part.
