I want to transfer pictures from my Motorola V265 to my PC

As your using motorola v265 you will be having small problem in your mobile.It can be fixed very easily.Just visit to your nearest service center of your city tell them your problem they will fix this problem very quickly.After servicing your mobile it will be as new as it was dont worry.After services you can see menu .

On the back of the phone is a small button this is the battery cover release button, depress and slide back and lift off

TAKE IT TO CINGULAR ARE THE COMPANY U GOT IT FROM

Is it an <i>Unlocked</i> phone?


If it is it probly wont work.

1 of two things: Go into your settings and look for either "Keypad" or "Display" and see if keypad lights are set to ON.

2. Your phone does have a light sensor built into the keypad, normally the keypad will not illuminate unless insufficient lighting conditions are present. If it's pitch black out and the keypad still isn't illuminating and your settings have the keypad lights ON .... You should bring your phone to the nearest Verizon wireless corporate store to see about either replacement or upgrading.

Is It A Motorola Licensed Battery?

It Might Be That It Doesnt Work Properly With Your Phone.

Try powering your phone off ... Taking out the battery ... wait about 5 seconds then put the battery back in and powering the phone on and trying the cam again.

If it works now, it was a software lockup/glitch ... If it still doesn't work then your phone needs replacement.
