Thank you for sending me a link to the manual however it appears I still had some issues. When I pushed the store button the LED screen reset to read "Pro" which I assume means program. I enter the desired number and when I press the store button again the LED screen again reset to "Pro", I enter the desired memory location, in this case 4 and nothing happens. I hang up the phone and dial "memory 4" and it simply dials the number four. Any suggestions?
I suggest that when it says Pro then try to enter the phone number and then hit the programmed number.
