If you check out this link http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/devices.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=LAT_PNT_PM_D610&os=WW1&osl=EN and click Audio (1) and download SIGMATEL - Driver and install, this should be able to fix your audio.

I uninstalled the audio by accident how do i install it again ?

Reboot the laptop, the Software should ID the Hardware and apply the generic driver, Or, Open Control Panel, Device Manager, San for Hardware Changes, the Scan should ID and apply the driver, reboot. OR, you can find the Dell Latitude D610 Windows XP drivers here: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/latitude-d610. Run Windows Updates and Dell Updates for current and up-to-date drivers.

My volume dosen't work anymore all it says is no audio output device is installed

Install audio drivers, Has the OS been upgraded? Start by looking here: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/latitude-d610. You can go to device manager and run a scan for hardware changes. reboot and try again to scan for hardware changes. Without your OS I cannot give you a more percise solution. if u r using Windows then almost all Dell Audio drivers can be found in that, the std audio drivers in WinOS cd will work with all Dell audio hardwares...

My dell laptop latitude d610 have no audio sound

Go to the DELL support page
http://support.euro.dell.com/support

Click drivers & download
enter your system type and model

You will then be presented with all the drivers for your D610.
Download the Sigmatel driver in the Audio section.
Save the file then run to install the driver.
