Check your input (cables and device)for bad or short circuit cable-bad plug--connection between inner conductor and shield. of the cable(test with new one)------you can disconnect inputs one by one until you find the bad one.and change it.

Pioneer DJM 600 mixer keeps blowing ic 557 fuse on power supply board

I repair DJM 600 for many years. :) The reason for the burning of IC 557 (+8V H 600mA ) is invalid amplifier for headphones!!!
Replace IC 310 and IC 312 (in big mainboard), and replace IC 557with original fuse 600mA
!!!!!CHECK YOUR HEADPHONES!!!!!! This is the cause burning amps.!!!!!

DJM600 Channel 3 One side of my speakers wont work on channel 3.

Chances are the actual fader is faulty.

PIONEER DJM 600 . NO POWER.

I have the same problem, One day I open the djm-600 for replace the jack whole (easy), then of this when i close the mixer my pioneer died, but when I push the power button I can listen a little sound like ¿voltage running? Please Help !!!

Pioneer DJM-600 black Professional DJ power on but not working!! i check bouth the fuses and are working i can see that is power in te mixer but no answer with any signal of leds or music signal

So you get power to the unit, but no sound coming out? How about through the headphones, do you get sound coming out of the headphones?

Are all the volumes and gains raised up? All the eq's are up? Check the back of the mixer, there is a master gain volume - where the connections are - make sure this is up also.

If nothing, then you'll need professional help at this point.
