Check the wires to the speakers or the speakers. One of them must be shorted.

I recommend you purchase a wiring harness. This will make the install much easier. You can match up the wires of the radio and the harness with ease (since all aftermarket radios have standardized color coding for the wires). You vehicle wires will never match the radio, unless it's stock. You can purchase one at www.crutchfield.com Hope this helps.

sound like you have a bad ground. pull the stereo out and check your ground wire go from there.

You need the factory car stero keys, its like a u bracket one slides in either side then you just pull it out with them.

as your wires there colour coded :)
