Hello. I can't access any web page when i try to go on facebook or google it shows me this message "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset" please help

You can try disabling your anti-virus software and see if that helps to solve the issue. If so, you may need to change some settings of your antivirus to allow Chrome to connect to the web.
If that doesn't help you may also want to try the following because it seems Chrome may not have installed correctly.

Dont worry no problem in your computer, this problem is usually from your internet connection, try checking your router or call you internet provider.

i'm currently having the same problem. I have tried all the ways, clear cache, reinstalling the browser....still shows the same error.

If you are able to access other websites than your Internet connection is fine and eventually Google will once again appear after they sort out their temporary server problem.

Your computer is using Version 8 of Internet Explorer, under Windows XP, with the 'ASK.COM' toolbar installed into Internet Explorer.

You tried to access a web-page containing some 'js' ("JavaScript") code, but there was an error-condition that arose while interpreting the JS code.

Delete all "Temporary Internet Files".
Close Internet Explorer.
Open Internet Explorer.
Try to access the same web-page that gave you the error-message.

Try accessing that web-page on some other computer, to see if _more_ than one computer has a problem with that web-page.

Hmmm... sounds like the prob is in ur ISP speed!


try to contact ur internet service provider, ask them the speed of ur modem, now a days the normal speed is 512 kbps to just view videos in YouTube!

It is better in Chrome. the "err_connection_reset" comes under delay of page accessing so check it out your browsing speed. and check any "spy look" on your system while accessing the orkut [social web]. Make sure of fine availability of processor time, browsing speed along with chrome settings.. if you got the same, then notify the error message with out error.have fine
