Hi I have a toshiba laptop A135-S2266 and I want to install sound driver, graphic driver and also other drivers for xp windows but I cant find these drivers, I realy want your advise if you could

The drivers download link in previous pages is invalid.
I searched somewhere else and finally found all drivers.
NOW they are working perfectly on my computer.
NO MORE unknown devices.

The package includes:

Video - Radeon Omega Driver
Audio - Realtek xxx
South Bridge - ATI Catalyst (SM bus driver)
Modem - Toshiba Software Modem Driver
Direct application launch button: get rid of the two unknown devices.
PS: For the 2 unknown devices, just
go to device manager,and update their drivers from list, then search the location of the Direct application launch button, click ok, done.

although this driver works for both,you still have to do it individually.

You probably just need a driver for your WiFi card. Identify what it is and download driver.

did you try driver guide I have also had great luck with Driver Detective both places work well

go to toshiba web site (download/support) and download the win xp driver for your laptop sound driver.

first,you have to know who manufactured those hardware liek for example a vga card, if its nvidia then you should check their site and look for the appropriate driver now if you can't figure out what are their brand, you caninstall them through automatic searching just go to device manager and right click on the icon that needs to be installed then search automatically if still doesn't worked out, open your cpu and check the hardware in that way, you can easily distinguish who manufactured that hardware

First try downloading the latest graphics and sound drivers for windows xp for your hardware.  They should be available from Toshiba's website look for a support section.

I have the same laptop and searched the web for XP drivers. From what I found, the ones you are looking for are these:

NIC - PCI_Install_5663_20070216 (folder) 17.7 MB.
Sound - audio 3-driver_audio_realtek_25234a.exe 24,949 kB.
Wireless - Atheros_5_0_0_107 (folder) 10.1 MB.

At least you have some file names to search for. When I found this info, I was thinking of switching to XP, as you are, but I increased the RAM to 2GB and Vista works fine for me now. Especially if you turn of User Access Control, which fixes Vista's annoying pop-ups problem. (Control Panel, Windows Security Center, Other Security Settings.)
