I have MP620-8G mp3 player from Coby, but recently I"ve reformatted and lost the coby media manager. Can anyone give me a link for it? I've tried the other thread regarding similar issue but the links are down, and the first link doesn't work as its made for the other version of the mp3. THanks.

Coby Media Manager is embedded on the MP3 player. When the MP3 player is connected to your PC, that is all it will say is 'USB Connected'. To access the coby media manager, go to Start > Computer > It will be a 'Removable Disk' drive, double click it, inside of there will be a coby-mediamanager.exe file, this is the software, double click it to install it. It will put an ICON on your desktop, this software is what you use to sync music, photo or video to your MP3 player. Embedded on the unit is Coby Media Manager, install it from the computer, this software allows you to SYNC videos from your computer to the MP3 player.

1. Connect MP3 player
2. Go to Start > Computer > double click the 'Removable Disk' drive 3. Double click the cobymediamanager.exe file 4. Install Coby Media Manager, follow prompts 5. Open Coby Media Manager, will be an icon on your desktiop. 6. On the left hand side of Coby Media manager, click 'Movies/Video', it will scan your computer for the video file. 7. Right click the video file > left click Sync. 8. Disconnect MP3 player and enjoy.

format erases everything, theres only the music, photo, video, instruction manual and coby media manager software. Coby Media manager can be downloaded from:
http://www.cobyusa.com/files/software/MP707_Media_Manager.zip If you need it. You'll have to retransfer all your other music, photo or video.

There isnt much on the mp3 player itself, it comes with a default song, the coby media manager software and the instruction manual, you can download the coby media manager from: http://www.cobyusa.com/files/software/MP707_Media_Manager.zip

I found a direct link from Coby wesite so you just have to click on the link below to start the download. Its 40MB. Its for Windows.
