You do not need exactly the Kenneth Cole watch band. Measure the distance between watch case lugs - this will be the width of your new band. Go to any jewellers shop you like, ask them to show all watch bands of this size and choose whichever you like. Ask them to fit it as well if you do not fancy to do it yourself. In case if you have a buckle with KC logo and want to keep it, then take it with you and ask to refit the buckle as well.
I have no idea how the things work in India, but any Kenneth Cole dealer shop must be able to sort your problem ( at least it is worldwide experience ). So, visit your nearest Kenneth Cole store and ask for help. Do not forget to rate, please.
