I load gigabyte ga-945gzm-s2 audio driver. Task Bar Shows the speaker icon and HD Audio Manager Icon also. But the Manager Shows that the "Speaker Out" option Disable and the sound of Speaker is Off. Have you checked to see if your router has a small reset button? This may reset it to factory settings and possibly reset the password also.

There is only one memory stick that that board will support that is a 2gb chip. You can reveiw all the tested memory HERE, to see what will work prior to buying.

reset your bios inside your pc its a big watch battery take it out for 10 15 min then put back it if that does not work take out the battery again and if you see neer your battery was ther should be a small jumper its usually black and its plugged in your board it also should have 3 pins to plug it in when you take it out plug it in the next 2 pins (the miffle one will plug in aswell then put it back in the first pins again put battery back in an try to boot it should work...

You may want to check your operation first by clicking "start", then click on "control panel". Find and click on "device manager". Click on box with + next to "sound audio and game controllers". Do you see a warning ?, !, Or a yellow triangle? click on that and follow proceedure. Right click on your device and in the list you should see "disable". If you see "enable" click on that and exit.
Ther should be a speaker icon in your taskbar at lower right of your screen. Right click on it, then click on "open sound mixer" and adjust volume.

if your computer came with a motherboard disk the sound drivers could be on it
control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or
audio you will find 3 drop down lists make the necessary adjustments there or
control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound video and game controllers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers

Gigabyte hasn't made available the Windows 7 drivers for the GA-945GZM-S2 as of yet. You can try to contact them and see if they will eventually provide them:

It's possible that the Vista drivers may work, but there is no guarantee on that:

put your hand on chip of your sound card on board if its hot so sure you need to disable and buy sound card or replace this chip also check audio jumper on board and try to install windows again and install the driver if u see on task bar sound volume icon check by tested headphone if there is out sound or no i wish i helped u
