Pc wont come on says it can not locate winnex

Locate the file in Windows Explorer. Right click it and select Open With... Now select the software you would like to open the file with.

Below the drive tray there is a tiny hole, straighten a paper clip and gently insert the paper clip into this hole. Push the paper clip and the tray will release and pop out, then pull the tray out to the fully open position.

Although its possible that the on/off button is physically damaged, chances are greater that you have a power problem on your PC motherboard.
The simplest way to determine which of the two is true is to open the case up, look for the wire which runs from the on/off switch and see where it connects to the motherboard.
Once you have located this connection unplug the switch wires and, with a small screwdriver, short out the 2 pins where the on/off switch wires were connected.
Your PC should turn on. If not, you need to message me again in order for me to assist you further in diagnosing the problem.

Check your BIOS - there should be a setting in there to disable the onboard video. You shouldn't need to use a jumper to disable this.

I will assume you are talking about the CD/DVD drive drawer.

Get a large paper clip. unbend it part way and use the straight end to push the drawer out using the little hole located on the front of your drive.

You may have a stuck disk in the drive.

Check the power cord and move it to a different location if it still doesnt power up you will have to replace the power supply

hi swich off pc & remoove power card from smps. short Bios jumper
on mother bord.(locate that jumper, lift ,short with 3rdpin &replace it as old position.
now switchon pc.

replace the Main relay located under the driver side dash. It gets hot and the pc board warps.

try a CD-R, also, under system tools, there should be the back-up option at the top of the menu.
