My Sony Ericsson Z550i display has gone. I want to take backup my contacts and messages and pictures

Try to master reset your phone. and it asks for the code enter 0000 (4 zero's), it's the default code



Note:

Master reset will erase your contacts that stored in the phone memory so you have to backup it first before doing it.

To master reset your phone Z550i, go to Settings> General > Master reset > Select Reset settings to delete your changes to settings or Reset all to delete your changes to settings, all contacts, messages, personal data, and content you have downloaded, received or edited. Then press continue.

In sony z550i mobile there is a problem with mic . mic sound very low .please help me for replacing the mic. if posiible send me the picture also.

you may have some viruses on your phone.
i also had the same problem,u can format your phone/memory card or u can use an anti virus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in most cases the fibre ribbon gets worn out.
you can try a local cellphone repair shop, or sony service if you can afford it.
the ribbon needs to be replaced.

There is no option to rotate the video in Z550i.
