hey, had the same problem.
found one on ebay for $20 shipped.
also heard that the "Kameleon" Universal remote, from radioshack, will work with it.
The remote is the RC-600 (atleast for my DTV-265), and here's where I got it on ebay:

I found it worked when further away from the TV and DVD player I was trying to program. Too close and it did not work at all. Make sure you turn the device off then on before putting in the access code.
