Acer aspire3003 after trying intalar XP SP3 doesn't do BOOT.
The led power lights and the fan works and LCD is dark.
Is it impossible to accede the bios, is there some form of solving this problem?

I think your memory is loose or damaged. Try cleaning it with an eraser and brush it with a clean paint brush then reinstall it in your PC. Test run it.

the noise is problem could be your fan in the power unit
when did you last clean your system the screen going blank could be loose video cable. you be best to get it look at, before it gets worse
either your backlight has failed or you have hit one of the function keys which selects external monitor- can you connect it to an external monitor to see what happens?
If your laptop appears to boot up and the hard disk LED flashes, then the problem is probably a back light fault. This can be a faulty inverter or a faulty CCFL lamp. When you power up the laptop press F1 or F2 or "del" key to enter in bios setup. Then check your harddisk is detect or not? Then also make sure SATA option is disabled in bios. Then go to boot option and set first boot device as your harddrive.Then save settings and exit. But if you even not able to enter in bios then you have reset bios settings and Refix RAM memory . For that open back cover fo laptop and find cmos cell on motherbord pull it for 10 minutes so all settings of bios goes to factory defaults. Let me know if you need more assistanse. Thanks.
Connect it to another screen using the vga connection, which is the blue connector on the laptop. If it comes up the same it could be your video card. If it is fine on the other screen then it is your LCD, which might cost you around 400$
Did you switch displays to the external video? Try hitting the Fn key and whichever function key at the top of the keyboard has a little TV screen icon over it at the same time.
If you dont see any green lights and you dont hear any boot up sounds ( hd, fans, etc) try to take out battery and just plug in the AC adapter to a known good power outlet. Make sure your power plug is good too. If you hear boot-up sounds, see green lights but no display then toggle on the "fn" key and or try on an external monitor.
