I have had this problem before on a system, you can download the Logitech WC-10 driver, they use the same chipset. I downloaded the WC-10 and it works great! Download it from her http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/405/&cl=ca,en?prodcrid=405

I can't confirm this as I don't have a GE Webcam but I read somewhere that the driver for the logitech WC-10 also works for the GE branded webcam. HTH
