My phone can't switch on / will not start. The screen just stays white. What to do. Model is Samsung SGH D 880. Peter

Remove battery off for some time and try again , if not the phone software must be checked or reinstalled failing which the phone has a hardware issue.
Best to get a consensus and estimate from the service dealer as there is limited chance to do it yourself.

My Harmony 880 remote stopped working where can i get it repaired

It all depends on what your specific problem is. Logitech will not repair remotes once they are out of warranty. However, you can find lots of guidance on the web to assist you with the most common issues that affect the Harmony 880/890 series. If your remote is programmed correctly but no longer controls any of your devices, then most likely your LED IR emitters have burned out. There is an Ebay-hosted service that fixes this problem for $14.00. You can find it here: http://cgi.ebay.com/We-can-Repair-your-Harmony-880-Remote_W0QQitemZ200437939363QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2eab083ca3
