Hi..mixer has motor on it.It is responsible of rotating the pan.but yuo said it does worked however yuo can just hear a noise..If yuo can remove the motor on it.check if the small shafting runs smoothly .its just some debris has have blocked the shafting that makes any sound.Or the motor itself does not have any lubrication to run it smoothly..the ROTOR that is the inner part of the motor that rotates might as well does not have anymore lubrication .its bearing .So it would be better to check it further..Hope this idea helps.

Making loud noise when turning on to heat.

If there's a loud noise when you try to microwave food, then the current through the high voltage transformer is probably too high.
Most likely, this is being caused by failure of a component in the high voltage circuit. The most likely component is the high voltage rectifier, followed by the magnetron or high voltage capacitor. High voltage transformers occasionally do burn up as well.

Making odd screeching noise, thought it might be the ac motor for turn table ,but it looks and sounds good because i took it out and hooked it up to ac power.

The loud sounds are always the sound of the magnetron failing. It may actually be caused by the capacitive reactance of the large capacitor drying up.

Burning smell and loud grinding noise

If that grinding noise sounds a little like gargling into a coffee cup, that's a defective magnetron.

GE JVM1650 Microwave Making Loud Noise

hello Frank. Sorry to tell you that the magnetron is going bad and making that terrible noise. Since the inside of a microwave, even unplugged has up to 2000 residual and deadly volts of electricity I recommend either calling a pro or replacing the unit.

Runs okay, but makes loud noise when running

You dis-assemble the waveguide. Now try running it again, if noise still persists then the magnetron has failed. Get a new unit.
