If you have a second pc please put a virus scanner on the second pc then remove the C drive with the infected files then place this on second pc please set the C drive to slave then cable it up then boot up second pc then run virus scanner program and wait for it hunt through the D dirve and this will get rid of the pesky virus's then use the second pc to do a scan disk to make sure it has not currupted any files.

then when all is clear then place the hard drive back into your main pc jupering it back to C or master then re-boot and all is well but if all is not place back into second pc and sdave your files out to second pc then redo windows this will be your only solution as you have had the hard disk effected you will need to re-format the disk please search on the web for this as you may need to print it out.

hope this works out for you

Windows can't open any file on my computer and all software aren't ruining

Your computer is most likely infected with some sort of malware (virus, trojan, etc.). There are multiple ways to get rid of it, but because it sounds like you are having problems running any programs at all it makes it more difficult. You could try booting up in safe mode and then see if you can run an anti-virus program to remove any malware. Some anti-virus programs also have a bootable disc that you can put in the CD drive and run the anti-virus scan from there. If neither of these options work for you, you might have to reinstall Windows.

Can a virus infected pc be treated instead of reformatting it?

Yes it is possible but it may not fully remove the virus, it depends upon the type of virus infection.
If you have not installed a virus protection program, then this makes your task more difficult.
I would try a WEB base virus removal program first, provided you can connect to the Internet. Try these WEB base virus links first and if successful then install a virus program.
WEB-based Virus Scan Trend Micro housecall
http://housecall.trendmicro.com
symantec - Norton Security Scan
http://security.symantec.com
If all fails then you need to format your hard disk and install Windows again together with the computer's device drivers and your programs.

Infeced virous make folde in a folder.exe

The virus is called "Brontok" or "Rontok". Its much hard to get rid of it. It may cause ur computer to restart while opening any anti virus, cmd.exe, command.exe etc. Only way is to san the drive from some other computer with an updated anti virus.
OR
Format driver with windows installation, instal windows, and install an anti virus before anything else ( do not open any drives except ur windows installation partition ) and get latest updates. Scan and remove virus.
