I am making the leap of logic that you are talking about the GE 2-8213 wireless DECT phones. If so here is a link to order the battery.
I hope this helps. Have a great day.

I have a GE model 28112EE2-A DECT 6.0 with a similiar problem. I have had it for over a year and sometimes it won't ring but it flashes. What I did was unplugged the power for about 20 seconds and plugged it back in. Then it was fine. Hope that helps.
1.6V to 1.7V doesn't bother . Normally handset have voltage booster, DC to DC circuit to 3.3V for microprocessor. Even 2*1.7V =3.4V , still ok for microprocessor .
Just wondering how to increase the volume (without using the speaker phone feature) on my GE speaker phones - model 28213 Series DECT 6.0. Thanks. Carl
