Your phone has either suffered a bad flash or you've dropped or mishandled it in such a way to damage the internal boards.
Either way, You'll need to replace it.

Do you mean it's dead right after the Flash or while flashing? If it's dead after successful, you'll need to re-flash it, in the same way, if it was dead while updating, you will still need to re-flash it. But things you need to note before flashing, make sure you have the compatible flash file installed i.e. RM-217, latest version recommended. Reconnect the phone to your Jaf Box and make sure it's detected in it's Local Mode, if so, you will be able to flash it without any problem. If it's not, then there must be hardware failure eg, damaged ROM or Cpu failure or power supply issue (not likely if the problem started only after it was flashed). It's also important to note the condition of the handset before it was flashed, suppose if there was hardware issue (for which you tried to flash it), then it's possible that the hardware fails to function anymore (just in case).
Have you tried charging it when it's Off? If it's ok, then do you see any message on the screen, eg. Test Mode or Contact Service (perhaps these messages might display in dark screen mode).
Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

So you flash the phone thru USB?unfortunately, usb flashing in jaf is not accurate, unlike other gadget like mxkey, atf and other latest softwares.better use FBUS cable, UFC cable. GPG cables
Another thing is when the phone is downgraded, possiblities that the phone might be dead,be sure to back up all system data and information before flashing so even you downgrade the phone, you can restore the back up instead.
Also check the Pin out such as BSI,ground etc. 1 pin might not in the position and lack of supply that's why failed to initialize LOCAL or TEST mode.
Try another gadget, and be sure to put in mind the above guide.

You need an IMEI code associated with your phone to unlock it. You won't achieve anything by flashing it.
