Hold the Time Button down,

and press the Hour Button,

until the right hour time shows
in the display.

Hold the Time Button down,

and press the Minute Button

until the right minute time
shows in the display.

Basically, hold the time button and adjust the hour and minute; hold the alarm button and adjust the hour and minute using the buttons.

Likely a bad backup battery inside the clock, or a capacitor that is leaking a charge.

To Set the alarm time: Press and hold the ALARM button down, and then press the hour/minute buttons to obtain desired time (Note the PM indicator on the screen for PM times)

To Enable the alarm: Move the sliding switch to AUTO or ALARM (Auto is for radio wake and Alarm is for beeping noise) *remember to turn up the volume knob if using AUTO (radio) setting.

their is nothing you can do yourself to repair this as it needs a new laser unit but the only thing you can do is take it to tv repair shop and they will fit a new one and get it recalibrated for sorry i couldnt offer you any more help................................
