I have a Toshiba laptop model# C655-S5501 with a bad keyboard (Gator Aid!). I can't find an exact model # match through Amazon. Will the "Eathtek NEW Keyboard For TOSHIBA SATELLITE C655-S5128 C655

Check eBay. I've been working on computers for years and order ALL of my replacement keyboards through eBay. I just found 9 of them after entering your model number; about $16 with free shipping. Sarawill82 hit the nail on the head for the replacement; you tube is your friend if you're doing it yourself. If it doesn't have your exact laptop, look at other videos. It will give you an idea what you need to look for to replace the keyboard.

It beats paying a computer store a $45+ bench fee, and it will only take you about 15 minutes as a novice.

Don't try to clean it; you could cause more extensive damage than just replacing the keyboard.

My touch pad can control but cant select and the left click does not work please help me because i need it this morning to do a presentation

Check that your drivers for your touchpad aren't missing/corrupted and update them if necessary under the Devices menu. If that doesn't work, back up your work and do a system restore. If -that- doesn't work, you need to call in for repair service and I'd suggest getting a USB mouse in the meantime.

Can you install a printer to satellite C655

Of course, if you have the software or are able to find the correct drivers that are compatible with your Operating System. You need to
use a USB cable, or an Ethernet cable. If it has wireless communication capabilities then you can also connect it to the computer through the wireless.

Toshiba satellite c655 won't power up

Take off the top keyboard and power lid. Check for damage to the power flex cable. Plug in AC adapter. The port where connected power flex cable should have two or three pins. With small screwdriver try two-pin jumper shortly. Does not turn on again? All you need to replace the motherboard

How to hook up my toshiba c655 to tv and have audio

If you have HDMI out on your laptop, it should send the sound and picture to your TV (make sure appropriate drivers are installed).

If you only have VGA out, then it will not send sound. Tthe only other option is if your TV has Audio IN (either 3.5mm headphone jack, or RCA Left/Right), then you could connect the headphone jack of your laptop to the TV that way.

Brand new Toshiba 15.6" Satellite C655-S5082 Intel

Sounds like a serious problem with the laptop. Since it's new, I would try to return or exchange the product at the store your bought it at to see if that rectifies the problem.

Without a task bar or icons, you won't be able to go to the recommended restore or recovery console options.

That's why I would recommend that you try to hurry up and get warranty replacement of the product before it's too late.

Good luck on getting a working laptop.
