No tengo esa webcam pro estoy casi seguro que no necesitas ning?n driver/programa para usarla con Windows Vista.
En todo caso, descarga ese driver y instalalo... Espero que te ayudar?.

En todo caso, como una prueba, trata usar la webcam con otra compu, y con Windows XP (y ese driver) - solo para saber que la webcam anda bien (porque aparentemente este modelo tiene muchas problemas).
