SOURCE: Stoves 720EF Top Oven Failed

there is a safety stat/fuse on top of the oven exterior i think you will find that it also has blown. Make sure you have isolated the appliance at the fuse board first though, Good Luck

SOURCE: My GE Oven heating element and timer clock went

Try unplugging the oven and let sit for 10 min. This will reset the curcuit board and reboot the electronics. You may have to pull out the stove o get to the cord.

SOURCE: The stove top works fine

Normally, there is a master switch on the wall near the oven. This is in turn is usually fed from its own fuse/breaker on the consumer unit. I suspect this has bblown.

Oven not producing any heat

just the oven? then more than likely the element. if the stove eyes are not working as well, then your looking more at a sensor, thermostat, fuse, breaker, etc. almost always an element though

The oven will not light on my Whirlpool gas oven Mod SF368LEPQ 2. The stove top burners still light.

Sounds like you need an bake element ignitor if the bake doesn't work but if the broil also doesn't work, it could be the electronic clock/timer control. the part number for the bake ignitor is 8054129 .Best off to call a reliable service company such as Sears.

Oven will not turn on. Stove top works but Oven elements will not. Oven on indicator light does not go on either

The timer is bad. The timer is a PC Board (Printed Circite) that operates the clock and oven. The stove top eyes are operated by their on switches and have nothing to do with the oven or pc board. Some of them are expensive but not difficult to replace.

One eye on my oven won't heat..could this be the fuse or element

This could be caused by the eye control switch, the eye itself is bad,or the electrical block where the eye itself plugs in.These can be checked with a volt/ohm meter. Also a wire could have burnt under the stove top.Hope this helps. Gregg
